Tania graduated in Law from Bocconi University of Milan (2006 – 2012).

She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2017 and is a Solicitor of England and Wales.

She has over 12 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, gained at leading Italian and international law firms, with significant expertise in M&A, Private Equity transactions and commercial contracts. Throughout her career, she has advised Italian and international clients on complex transactions and projects, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial matters and real estate development projects.

She also gained significant international professional experience in Dubai early in her career, further strengthening her ability to operate in international and cross-border environments.
